How much will my property lease for?

We do! We partner with a local contracting company who is available 24 hours a day, so your tenants will never have to wait to hear back and get any issues rectified.
What are your fees associated with property management?

In short, it varies. Our fees typically range from 6% to 10% of the tenant's monthly rental payment.
Does Shamrock Property Management pay for repairs and maintenance?

While we cover initial calls and diagnostic fees, Shamrock Property Management does not cover the expenses associated with any repairs or upgrades to the property.
